YogaRoots On Location offers a 200-hour Antiracist Raja Yoga Teacher Training with lead teacher Felicia Savage Friedman. This is an amazing opportunity to become a certified yoga teacher and incorporate antiracism into your practice.
Grounded in Raja Yoga, this 200-hour certification provides a deep understanding of integrative yoga-based movements, aromatherapy, Reiki, and universal meditation steeped within a social justice and antiracism framework. The training is offered through the Yoga Alliance’s 200-hour Registered Yoga Teacher (RYT) Certification. The training includes 25% racial and social justice work, 25% physical yoga practice, and 50% Raja Yoga practice.
Applications are now open for the fourth cohort. The program will run from September 2019-September 2020 at Green Heiress Holistic Health Center in Pittsburgh.
